Food manufacturers aren't required to list the amount of caffeine in a product, so many people are in the dark. Fizzy drinks: A can of cola has typically about 45 mg, while Mountain Dew has 55.
Chocolate: Sweet chocolate: about 20 mg per 30 gm, and baking chocolate 35 mg.
Iced Tea: Could contain about 30 to 75 mg per bottle.
